导师介绍:
从事微电子材料和有机光电材料与器件研究。近年来在有机染料的材料设计、机理研究与材料应用开展了多方面工作,研发了荧光、磷光、热活化延迟荧光系列染料,开发了分子间电荷转移聚集体(CTA)体系,提出采用非绝热耦合抑制来克服能隙规则并实现高效近红外有机发光策略,并基于上述染料实现了高效有机发光二极管(OLED)、“发光寿命成像”新型生物成像技术以及三线态有机太阳能电池。在相关领域发表SCI论文14余篇,获得授权专利4项。2018年入选国家博士后创新人才支持计划。2023年入选上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划。
