导师介绍: 从事微电子材料表界面调控、污染控制与清洁工艺方面的研究。在相关领域发表SCI论文20余篇,以主要参与人参与了荷兰自然科学基金委和欧盟的多个研究项目。2022年入选上海海外高层次人才引进计划。目前担任Carbon Trends期刊(Carbon的姊妹刊)的副主编。 招收微电子、材料、化学、应用物理、机械工程等相关专业背景的硕士、博士研究生及博士后。
