导师介绍:

从事微纳光电子和MEMS的器件及集成系统的研究,面向5G/6G通信和物联网传感等应用。在相关领域发表SCI和EI论文近40篇,其中多篇以第一和共同第一作者发表于ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Advanced Optical Materials, Nanophotonics等领域内顶级期刊,深度参与了新加坡政府的多个大型研究项目。获得2021年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2021年入选上海海外高层次人才引进计划。

招收微电子、光电子、应用物理、机械电子工程等相关专业背景的研究生及博士后。
