导师介绍:
从事集成光电子芯片与超构表面光学芯片的研究,以及基于8英寸、12英寸CMOS兼容工艺线的芯片制程开发。在相关领域发表SCI论文30余篇,获得授权专利8项,主持和参与了新加坡政府及海外企业的多个研究项目。2020年入选上海海外高层次人才引进计划。
招收微电子、光电子、应用物理、光学工程等相关专业背景的硕士、博士研究生及博士后。
